Job Description:Taking responsibly for all of the financial activities of the companyPrepare profit and loss statement report for each (sales, administrator) Maintain local banking relationships including negotiating facilities agreements and ensuring that such activities are carried out with planned time frame and in context with general financial plans, targets and interestPreparing cost center by analyzes costing per product and its effect on Profit and Loss Accounts, controlling inventoryPreparing and compiling monthly financial statements, expenditure analysis, and a budget control to ensure transparency within departmentsAuthorize payments and monitor other expenditures and report major variancesAssess financial reporting systems, accounting, procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to proceduresResponsible for total accounting functionsPrepares budget forms for distribution at the beginning of the budget process;
prepares fund summariesEnsures adherence to generally accepted accounting standards and principles; ensures maintenance of proper audit trails and verification and reconciliation actions for all processed workPlans, manages, coordinates, and implements the year end closing processes and procedures for the assigned accounting records; conducts year-end closing process; provides information to financial auditors; conducts standard internal audits of various accounting records
Job Specification:Male / Female Max 35 years oldBachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Finance from reputable university with min GPA 3.0, and MBA is prefered10 years of experience, of which Min. 3 years as Public Accountant at KAP or 5 years as Accounting ManagerSupportive, creative, energetic and have negotiation skills.Very good in details             We treat our Candidate resumes in a professional manner and strictly confidential, as our code of ethics.
