Sr. Manager, Compensation & Benefit [code: CB]
(This is a Senior Position. Only applicants who meet the minimum requirement are

Technical Requirement:
* 15 years experience in Human Resources Management with in-depth exposure
in Compensation and Benefit
* Highly competent and field tested in all aspects of Compensation and
Benefit and Performance Management
* Experienced in developing and transforming C&B systems and programs in
support of performance objectives and employee retention
* Demonstrated ability to write or develop, implement and enforce
Compensation and Benefit policy and programs
* Firsthand experience in expatriate C&B administration
* Must also be competent in Industrial Relation and General Affairs

General Requirement:
* Bachelor’s degree (S-1) from a reputable school with relevant field or
discipline.

* High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to
interact effectively with senior managers and users in line departments.
* English proficiency
* Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background
